Once Red find you a suitable property a reference from your bank and/or employer will usually be required by the Landlord, and in all instances a minimum of one month's deposit and one month's rent in advance will be necessary. Housing application forms are prepared and submitted on your behalf and we will provide an inventory of contents. The various utilities are normally the responsibility of the ingoing tenant and you will have to ensure that these are changed over into the correct name. Due to the Jersey Anti-Money Laundering Law, we will also need to see photographic I.D. and a recent utility bill from the tenant prior to the lease or licence being signed.
