Graeme R Alderson
Graeme is celebrating (if that is the right phrase!) 28 years as an estate agent in Jersey this year and over that time has built up a stellar reputation dealing in all aspects of the local residential market with extensive experience in many new developments. With a passion for all sport, Graeme also loves travel and spending any spare time running the kids between different clubs!
Hannah Payn
Hannah is a local girl and was educated at Jersey College for Girls. Having done a ski season working as a chalet host and ski guide when she finished her education, she then joined Red Properties in 2011 as a receptionist/office administrator. In 2012 Hannah made the transition to property negotiator, she has a keen interest in the property market and is a highly valued member of the team! Hannah has been appointed as a Director reflecting her professionalism and commitment to providing a superior customer service. In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her two daughters and travelling whenever possible.
Ken Rondel
Ken, a local man, whose career spanning 40+ years in Jersey’s finance industry has now set his sights on a new challenge and we are delighted and excited to welcome him to our team. Until recently Ken managed the property portfolio for an international private bank as well as assuming overall responsibility for all operational matters for the bank’s Channel Island offices, however, he is now looking forward to using his life experience, professionalism, extensive contacts and local knowledge in assisting Islanders find their perfect home.
Aimee Carre
Red Properties are delighted to welcome Aimee Carre (née Le Brun) to the team! With administrative experience through her role as a Human Resources Administrator at VG and her abilities in communication, networking and professional representation gained from her time as Miss Battle of Flowers in 2016, she has a lot of transferable skills to offer in her position as a Negotiator. Aimee's commitment to getting the job done is demonstrated through her previous role and she is committed to learning new skills, processes and business programmes. She takes pride in the active role she plays within a work environment, whether it's based on her actions and tasks or her professional appearance. After recently having time out of her career to look after her children, she is now excited to pursue a new career, where she can develop and challenge herself.
